Game Terms
These terms cover your use of BOOOM44, operated by BioDentCulture Limited. Purchase-specific merchant-of-record terms are displayed by Stripe/Link in Checkout. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not excluded.
Free play and accounts
You can try the free game without an account. Player accounts and purchases are for adults aged 18 or older. Keep your credentials private and provide an email address you control. You are responsible for purchases you authorize; do not use another person's payment method without permission. An account does not start a subscription and does not require buying equipment.
Your licence
We grant personal, non-commercial access to the game and any equipment correctly unlocked on your account. You may record and share your own gameplay. You may not sell or transfer accounts or equipment, exploit security flaws, bypass payment verification, disrupt the service or use automated account creation to consume other players' resources. Equipment has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Content and progression
Equipment effects are described in the Arsenal and purchase information. You earn Navy ranks and harbor stars by playing. Free friend access remains available. Personal progress is stored on your device. When you sign in, rank, mission totals and harbor progress synchronize to your BOOOM44 account and merge with progress earned on other signed-in devices. Offline progress remains local during the trip and synchronizes when connectivity returns. Export my progress remains available as your own backup. Paid entitlements are recorded separately on the server and can be restored with the same account.
Availability and updates
We may fix bugs, improve accessibility, adjust game balance and add optional content. No update or unreleased item is promised by an existing purchase. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with every device or a particular game result. We will not remove paid access arbitrarily. If a material change or discontinuation prevents use of purchased content, contact Support; applicable rights and remedies remain available.
Private co-op and conduct
Rooms are for two players you invite. Anyone with your invitation can forward it. Do not share invitations publicly unless you accept that someone unknown may join. The game has no built-in public chat or voice call. Co-op is host-simulated and not a certified competitive anti-cheat service.
Closing an account and support
To request access, correction, export or deletion of your account data, contact drschneider007@gmail.com from your account email. We may verify ownership. Deleting an account ends account access and requires a separate review of purchase records we must retain by law; it does not by itself request a refund. For a refund use the support process.
Your rights
Nothing here excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights concerning faulty or misdescribed digital content. You retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring claims in your country of residence. Contact us first so we can investigate a problem.
Offline play
Prepare the game online in Command before travelling. Solo missions and completed-mission progress are stored on this device. Purchase records are not inferred from progress files. Prepared purchased equipment has a signed offline pass valid for 30 days from preparation; renew it online at no extra charge. Purchase ownership remains permanent. New purchases, account recovery and online co-op require a connection. Refunds or revocations are applied when checked online; a disconnected device cannot receive them immediately. Clearing site data removes the offline copy. If you are signed in, rank and harbor progress synchronize to your account when connectivity returns; paid equipment continues to use the separate purchase-entitlement system.
